CONIVO Scooper — Limited Warranty

CONIVO ("we", "us", "our") stands behind the quality of the CONIVO Scooper. This Limited Warranty explains what is covered, what is not, and how to make a claim. This warranty is in addition to — and does not take away — the rights you have under India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable laws.
1. Warranty period
The CONIVO Scooper is covered by a 1-year (12-month) Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, as shown on your proof of purchase (for example, your Amazon order invoice). A valid proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
2. What this warranty covers
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use — problems that arise from the product itself, through no fault of the user. This includes:
- The machine does not power on or start despite being set up correctly.
- The motor, control system, or internal components fail on their own during normal use.
- A manufacturing fault that affects the machine's intended operation.
If a covered defect occurs within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected unit or part at no charge to you.
3. What this warranty does NOT cover
This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by anything other than a manufacturing defect. In particular, it does not cover:
- Misuse, abuse, or improper operation — including use that does not follow the provided instructions, the how-to video (available on our website and Instagram), or the usage guide accessible via the QR code included with the product.
- Accidental damage — dropping, impact, crushing, or mishandling.
- Liquid or water damagebeyond the product's intended use, or improper cleaning.
- Unauthorised repair, modification, or tampering with the machine.
- Use of incompatible accessories or parts not supplied or approved by CONIVO.
- Commercial, industrial, or rental use — this warranty applies to normal personal household use only.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic marks, scratches, or discolouration that do not affect function.
- Damage from incorrect electrical supply, power surges, or voltage not matching the product's specification.
- Loss or damage to any food, ingredients, or contents.
In short: if the machine fails on its own, you're covered. If the machine is damaged by misuse or accident, it is not covered.
4. How to make a warranty claim
To make a claim within the warranty period:
- Email us at hello@conivo.homeswith the subject line "Warranty Claim".
- Include your proof of purchase (Amazon order ID or invoice), a description of the issue, and where possible, photos or a short video showing the problem.
- Our team will review your claim and respond with the next steps.
We may ask you to return the product (or a part) for inspection. If a defect is confirmed as covered, we will repair or replace it. If, on inspection, the damage is found to be caused by misuse or another excluded cause, we will let you know and the repair would not be covered under this warranty.
5. Returns and refunds (separate from this warranty)
This Limited Warranty is separate from returns and refunds. Purchases of the CONIVO Scooper are made through Amazon, and returns or refunds are handled according to Amazon's return and refund policies in effect at the time of purchase. Please refer to your Amazon order for those options.
6. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
