Welcome to CONIVO. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.conivo.homes (the "Website") and your relationship with CONIVO, a brand operated by Conivo, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400053, India ("CONIVO", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Website or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

This Website is an informational landing page about the CONIVO Scooper. It allows you to join a waitlistto be notified about the product's launch. Joining the waitlist:

• Does not create any obligation to purchase, and does not guarantee product availability, a specific price, or a specific launch date.
• Means you agree to receive launch updates and related communications from us (which you can opt out of at any time).

Product images, recipe counts, features, and descriptions shown on the Website are for illustration and may change before launch.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use this Website.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content, branding, recipes, or designs without permission.

5. This is an informational website — purchases happen on Amazon

We do not sell, process payments, ship, or take orders directly through this Website. When the CONIVO Scooper becomes available, all purchases are made through Amazon. This means:

• Pricing, availability, ordering, payment, shipping, returns, and refunds are all handled by Amazon and governed by Amazon's own terms and policies in effect at the time of your purchase.
• Product details and prices on this Website are for information only and may differ from the Amazon listing, which is the authoritative source at the point of sale.
• Your purchase contract for the product is formed on Amazon, subject to Amazon's policies — not on this Website.

Recipes and nutritional descriptions (such as "high-protein", "sugar-free", "diabetic friendly", or "vegan") are provided for general information and inspiration only. They are not medical or dietary advice. Nutritional outcomes depend on the ingredients you choose. 7. Shipping, returns, and warranty

• Shipping & returns: Because purchases are made on Amazon, shipping, returns, and refunds are handled by Amazon under its policies. Please refer to your Amazon order for those options. This Website does not process shipping or returns.
• Warranty: The CONIVO Scooper is covered by a 1-year (12-month) Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal household use, provided directly by CONIVO. This warranty covers the product failing on its own and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or failure to follow the provided instructions. Full terms are set out in our separate Limited Warranty (see the Warranty page).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CONIVO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under consumer protection legislation.

The Website may link to third-party sites or platforms (such as Instagram or Amazon). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms.
